Important — Please Read Before You Go

Parking on Clearwater Beach can be extremely busy, especially during peak season. On high-traffic days, finding parking can take an hour or more. Parking availability at the marina is very limited, and we cannot delay departures for guests who arrive late due to parking. Please plan accordingly and give yourself extra time. We highly recommend considering the alternative parking options below.

Location & Check-In

Address:
Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina
25 Causeway Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767

We are located on the west side of the marina, closer to the beach, directly across from Crabby’s Restaurant.

After you park, please check in at the Schooner Clearwater ticket booth, located among the marina’s ticket booth trailers. Our booth is clearly marked with “Schooner Clearwater” and Sailing decals and features a sailboat weather vane on top. (pictured below)

Please check in at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled sailing time. Please come directly to the booth upon arrival to receive your parking code.

Marina Parking

Parking at the Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina is first-come, first-served and extremely limited due to high demand and ongoing construction.

After parking, come directly to the Schooner Clearwater ticket booth to check in and receive your daily parking code. This code allows you to park longer than the standard 30-minute limit.

The marina uses a pay-by-license-plate parking system at on-site kiosks. Enter your parking code, then license plate, then purchase enough time to cover your sail.
Parking is $1 per hour. Sails last 2 hours after departure, so please plan your parking time accordingly.

If you have difficulty locating our booth, please call 727-366-3667 and we’ll assist you.
