Our Day Sail offers a peaceful way to experience Clearwater Beach from the water. This 2-hour daytime sailing experience focuses on real sailing — powered by the wind, shaped by the conditions, and never rushed. There’s no narration and no set route, just open water, fresh air, and time under sail.

With a maximum of just 22 guests aboard our 52-foot classic schooner, the experience is calm, uncrowded, and personal. Guests are welcome to relax, enjoy the view, or help raise and trim the sails alongside the crew if they’d like.

What To Expect

    • Premium Day Cruise: A relaxed 2-hour daytime sail focused on real sailing and a high-quality, small-group experience.

    • Stunning Views: Enjoy clear views of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf from an open deck and cockpit with plenty of space.

    • No Crowds: Limited to just 22 guests, so there’s room to move, sit, and unwind without feeling packed in.

    • Classic Schooner Sailboat: Sail aboard a traditional 52-foot schooner powered by the wind, not engines or gimmicks.

    • Coast Guard Inspected: Our schooner and crew are fully inspected and certified by the U.S. Coast Guard to meet all safety regulations.

  • We serve complimentary chilled flavored sparkling water in cans on board. We encourage guests to bring your own beverage of choice. If you wish to bring a bottle of wine, or a pack of beer, we will ice them down for you upon check in. We do have a corkscrew and cups available for your convenience.

  • Please meet us at our Schooner Clearwater ticket booth trailer. We are located on the west end of Clearwater Municipal Marina.

  • No sailing knowledge required. Relax and enjoy the ride, or help with the sails if you’d like.

  • Accessibility: Due to large steps, narrow passageways, and uneven deck surfaces, this sail may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. For safety and U.S. Coast Guard regulations, guests must also be under 275 lbs. If you have questions about accessibility or safety requirements, we’re happy to help before you book.

What Makes Our day sail different?

Unlike crowded tourist boats, our Day Sail is designed to be unhurried and authentic. There’s no loud narration or checklist of sights. Each sail is shaped by the wind, the water, and the moment, creating a unique experience every time you step aboard.

Whether you want to stretch out on a beanbag, take photos of Clearwater Beach from the Gulf, or learn a bit about sailing, this is a relaxed experience meant to slow things down.
