Captain Mark Tilly -USCG Master of Oceans
Captain Mark grew up on Clearwater Beach sailing local waters since he was a child. His passion for sailing took him across the Atlantic Ocean when he was 15 years old. In 1986 Mark participated in the USA Bicentennial sailing operation on a Square-Rigger. Early on in his career he skippered multiple large sailing vessels for deliveries worldwide. Captain Mark has an established 38-year career as a Merchant Marine Master on vessels up to 50,000 tons DW. As the former owner, He helped to design and build the "Schooner Clearwater". Captain Mark is always enthusiastic to share a true schooner sailing experience with you onboard.
